Whether it's a romantic getaway for two, a family trip or a fun day out with friends - a picnic in the great outdoors is always a good idea.

Equipped with your picnic basket  you can explore the cellar alley lanes, vineyards and many beautiful places. It's up to you which picnic area you choose. There are many beautiful spots around the hotel, such as our picnic area at the highest point of the hotel with the best panorama!

Choose between a classic picnic basket filled with Weinviertel specialities such as bread and pastries, cheese, sausage, homemade spreads and regional vegetables. Cold schnitzels or roasts, salads and a sweet surprise are also included. Of course, a bottle of Weinviertel DAC is also included (alternatively Frizzante or grape juice).

On request, the picnic basket can also be prepared in a vegetarian version.

Take a Weinviertel lunch basket with you on your break in the countryside. The lovingly assembled basket is filled with regional specialities: a bottle of wine from the Weinviertel (alternatively frizzante or grape juice), mineral water, homemade spreads, hard cheese and hard sausage, fresh vegetables, delicious pastries, juicy seasonal fruit and a sweet dessert – vegetarian options are also available.

Tip: The regional and seasonal delicacies can also be transported safely and easily in the easy-to-assemble bicycle basket, making them an ideal snack during a bike ride.
